This is How You Install the Market / Play Store Manually
It’s very easy to install the Google Play Store manually using these simple steps.
Prepare your phone (enable side-loading if you have not already):
- If your phone is running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or higher follow these steps.  If not, go to step 2.
- From the home screen, tap the menu button
- Tap “System Settings” (This can vary slightly on some builds)
- Tap “Security”
- If not already enabled, select “Unknown sources” and agree to the
warning.  (If you want, you can disable this after the installation)

- If your phone is running any build prior to 4.0, follow these steps
- From the home screen, tap the menu button
- Tap “System Settings” (This can vary slightly on some builds)
- TBD
- If not already enabled, select “Unknown sources” and agree to the
warning.  (If you want, you can disable this after the installation)

Using Your Phone to Download (Easiest Method)
- Using your phones web browser, download the APK from the top of this page. NOTE: An APK is an Android Application Package file (Basically, it’s an Android Program Installer).
- Once the download completes, you should get a notification in your Notification Bar at the top of your phone.
- Pull the notification bar down and tap on the file you just
downloaded.  This will start the installation.  NOTE: The downloaded
file will look like: “com.android.vending-x.x.x.apk” where x is a number
 representing the market version.
- Once the installation completes, go to your Applications Tray and tap on the “Play Store” icon.  You should be good to go!
Using a PC to Download:
- Using your PCs web browser, download the APK from the downloads page on this site. NOTE: An APK is an Android Application Package file (Basically, it’s an Android Program Installer)  Make sure to keep track of the folder the file is downloaded to.
- Open the folder you downloaded the file to.
- Connect your phone to your PC via USB.
- In the notifications area of your phone, tap on the USB notification.
- Chose to “Turn on USB storage” NOTE: This can vary on some phone, but should be pretty easy to figure out.
- If it doesn’t open automatically, go to “My Computer” and open folder representing your phones USB Storage.
- Copy the file to XXXX on your phones storage.
- TBD: May have to download a phone file browser….
- TBD
